Job Description:
We are seeking passionate animal lovers to join our team as animal salespersons. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while sharing your knowledge of animals and helping our customers find the products and animals that best suit their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and advise customers enthusiastically and professionally.
- Ensure the attractive presentation of products and animals in the store.
- Provide accurate information on the care and needs of animals.
- Carry out sales transactions and manage payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store, including animal cages and enclosures.
- Participate in the reception and labeling of products in stock.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
- Comfortable with all types of animals, including reptiles, birds, fish, and small mammals.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in the animal field.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multitasking environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team member.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Sunday on a rotating basis with 1 day off per week. Available time slots between 9:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
Transportation reimbursed by bus ticket.
A company van is available after 6 PM.
Location of Available Positions:
- One Salesperson living in the north for our store in Grand Baie.
- One Salesperson living in the center of the island for our store in Tribecca.
- One Salesperson living in the west of the island for our store in Tamarin.
Salary and Benefits:
– Rs 16,500 base + transportation.
– Sales commissions.
– CSG allowance.
